Spring 2009. Canvas and Acrylic, 22”x24”. I wanted to do something serious for my first acrylic painting and I thought what could more serious then Mario? I was heavily influenced by the new Super Mario Bro’s Game for the WII as it was released about a week before I did this painting.

Fall 2008. Paper and Colored Pencil, 20”x25”. I had just come back from a photography show and I was inspired by the collages I saw there, so I tried to do the equivalent with paper and colored pencils

Fall 2010. Paper and Contie, 30”x22”. I wanted to do a tripdec of the 3 most influential people in my life at the time of this work, this man is Ryan Lewis and at the time he was my roommate and great friend who helped my to get over many issues I had in my personal life.
